The playfullness of the cube circles from the Square Garden project allow to create many different shapes and can create interesting shapes and shadows.
TStarlike reflections can be seen in the light and shadow play of this lamp.
Porcelain tile
lights are commonly a separate fixture, but having plastered my ceiling I wanted to not take away from the effort and craftmanship of making a smooth ceiling, but rather emphasize the features of that structure.
For that reason I wanted to create a lightsource that emphazises the smooth ceiling with a smooth ceilinglight that uses the translucent quality of porcelain with a negative shape on the ceiling-facing side that reveals the light.

The playfullness of the cube circles, based on the architecture of the iconic Cube Houses in Rotterdam, allow to create many different shapes and can create interesting shapes and shadows.
The light will create a nice starlike reflection.
